Job Description:

Take on an immediate 8-week contract paying £23.10 per hour, with the potential for an extension. As a Plumber, you’ll carry out second-fix plumbing works in kitchens and bathrooms for a well-established contractor working within domestic properties.

You’ll be joining a reliable maintenance team with a steady programme of works across the local area. This Plumber opportunity is ideal for someone who takes pride in high-quality finishing work and is looking for a short-term contract with the possibility of longer-term work.

I’d love to speak to anyone who has worked as a Plumber, Domestic Plumber, Bathroom Fitter, Kitchen Fitter, or Maintenance Plumber within domestic maintenance, refurbishment, or social housing.

As a Plumber, you will be:

• Completing second-fix plumbing works in kitchens and bathrooms
• Installing and connecting sinks, basins, toilets, baths, showers, and taps
• Carrying out pipework alterations and repairs where required
• Identifying and resolving minor plumbing faults
• Working safely and efficiently while maintaining a clean and professional finish
• Delivering excellent customer service while working in occupied and void properties

• Previous experience completing second-fix plumbing works in domestic properties
• Experience fitting kitchens and bathrooms
• The ability to complete high-quality work independently
• A full UK driving licence
• Experience working in maintenance, refurbishment, or social housing
