Are you a qualified Primary Teacher looking for a fantastic PPA Teacher role in Worcester starting after October half term?

Distinction Education is recruiting an enthusiastic and confident Primary PPA Teacher to join a welcoming local Worcester primary school, working Monday to Thursday.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Primary Teacher, PPA Teacher or Supply Teacher who enjoys the variety of teaching across different classes and year groups, while benefiting from the consistency of working in one school four days per week.

And the best part? Every Friday off! 🎉

✏️ The PPA Teacher role

As the school's PPA Teacher, you will:

🍎 Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons across the primary age range
📚 Provide planned PPA cover for class teachers
👩‍🏫 Teach across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, depending on experience
✨ Create positive, engaging and inclusive learning environments
🧩 Adapt teaching to meet different abilities and SEND needs
🤝 Work closely with class teachers, Teaching Assistants and senior leaders
⭐ Maintain high expectations for behaviour, learning and pupil progress

This role offers the variety of primary supply teaching with the stability and consistency of becoming part of one school community.

🙋‍♀️ What we're looking for

✔️ QTS – Qualified Teacher Status
✔️ Experience teaching within a UK primary school
✔️ Strong knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum
✔️ Confidence teaching across different primary year groups
✔️ Excellent classroom and behaviour management
✔️ A flexible, positive and reliable approach
✔️ A genuine passion for helping children learn and achieve

Experience as a PPA Teacher, Primary Teacher, KS1 Teacher, KS2 Teacher, EYFS Teacher, Primary Supply Teacher or Primary Cover Teacher would be highly relevant.
