Precision Engineer (Progression to Sales)
£38,000 - £42,000 (OTE £80,000+) + Uncapped Commission + Company Car + 31 Days Holiday + Pension
Leicester, Covering Midlands

Are you a Precision Engineer, Machinist or similar looking for the opportunity to step into a Sales position for a reputable business offering uncapped commission to take your career to the next level?

In this role you will be responsible for developing and managing sales opportunities across the West Midlands by visiting clients and potential customers to identify needs and promote products and services. This will be roughly an even split between Account Management and New Business Development

This role would suit a Precision Engineer, Machinist or similar looking to get into Sales career that can offer commercial training, enabling you to build a successful and lucrative sales career.

The Role

• Visit clients and potential customers around Ireland to identify needs and promote products and services
• Generate and qualify sales leads, working alongside specialists where appropriate
• Prepare quotations, negotiate with clients, and close sales to meet or exceed targets
• Support exhibitions, product demonstrations, and marketing events as needed
• Covering Birmingham and the West Midlands
