If you’re an automotive Sales Executive who’s confident in your abilities, and want to be properly rewarded and recognised for it, this is an opportunity you should be looking at.

The earning potential here is strong - £70,000 OTE based on 180 cars per year, backed by a commission structure that gives you a lot of opportunity to maximise your earnings. You’ll also have a company car and commute fuel allowance.

Responsibilities

You’ll be representing a highly regarded premium brand, managing customers through the full vehicle sales process and delivering the level of service you’d expect from a premium retailer.

• Managing new and used vehicle sales from enquiry through to handover.
• Building strong relationships with customers and maximising repeat/referral business.
• Working towards and exceeding monthly sales targets.
• Presenting vehicles and demonstrating their features and benefits.
• Discussing finance and additional products with customers.
• Creating a premium customer experience from first contact to collection.

Requirements

• Proven automotive vehicle sales experience.
• Target-driven and motivated by earning potential.
• Confident, professional and commercially aware.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Salary and Benefits

• £25,000 basic salary + commission.
• £70,000 OTE based on 180 cars per year.
• Company car and commute fuel allowance.
• Average commission included in holiday pay.
• Monday–Friday: 8:30am–5:30pm, Saturday: 8:30am–5:00pm, 1-in-3 Sundays: 10:00am–4:00pm.
• Day off during the week.
• Bank holidays on a rota.
