Press Brake setter / Operator 
Loughborough LE11 
£19.50 per hour
Night shift: Monday to Friday, 10:00pm to 6:00am
Temp to perm
Immediate start available
 
We are looking for an experienced Press Brake Setter / Operator to join a busy manufacturing business in Loughborough LE11.
 
This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with steady hours, premium overtime, and the chance to join a growing press brake team.

The role

• Setting and Operating a Press Brake Machine
• Working from detailed engineering drawings
• Setting and operating a press brake
• Select the correct tooling, dies, and machine settings
• Measure and inspect finished parts to ensure quality and accuracy
• Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
• Working in a busy engineering team

What we are looking for

• Previous experience in setting and operating a press brake
• Ability to read engineering drawings
• 3+ years of experience working with mid to heavy gauge mild steel
• Someone who can hit the ground running and work on their own initiative
