Press Brake Setter/Operator

Location: Leicestershire

Pay Rate: Up to £15.50 per hour

Hours: Day Shift (Early Finish on Fridays)

Contract: Temp to Perm

A well‑established fabrication company in Leicestershire is seeking an experienced Press Brake Setter/Operator to join their growing production team. This is a temp‑to‑perm opportunity operating Amada press brakes.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting and operating Amada press brake machines
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
• Selecting correct tooling and carrying out machine adjustments
• Producing high‑quality sheet metal components to specification
• Conducting quality checks and maintaining production accuracy
• Working efficiently to meet daily production targets
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience as a Press Brake Setter/Operator
• Ability to read technical drawings confidently
• Good understanding of sheet metal fabrication processes
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
