Working Pattern: Full-time, Monday - Friday

We are working with welcoming primary schools across Hinckley who are looking for teachers to deliver engaging lessons, inspire pupils and make a positive impact on their learning and development.

Please note: These roles will include full teaching responsibilities, including lesson planning, preparation and assessment.

The Role

Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum.

Take responsibility for the teaching and learning of a primary class.

Assess, monitor and track pupil progress.

Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of all learners.

Create a positive, inclusive and well-managed classroom environment.

Manage classroom behaviour effectively.

Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, colleagues and senior leadership.

Support pupils' academic, social and emotional development.

The Ideal Candidate

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.

Experience teaching within a primary school setting.

Strong knowledge of the primary national curriculum.

Confident planning and delivering lessons independently.

Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.

Passionate about supporting children's learning and development.

Reliable, organised and enthusiastic.

Must hold a valid Enhanced DBS or be willing to apply for one.
