KS1 Teacher - Full Time - Salford

Are you a passionate Primary Teacher who loves creating an engaging, nurturing classroom where young children can thrive?

Premier Education is working with a welcoming and supportive primary school in Salford who are looking for a dedicated KS1 Teacher to join their team on a full-time contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher who enjoys working in KS1 and understands the important transition children make from EYFS into KS1. The school is looking for someone who can provide a warm, structured and engaging learning environment while maintaining high expectations for every child.

The role:

• Full-time Year 1 teaching position

• Based in a primary school in Salford

• Taking full responsibility for a KS1 class

• Planning and delivering engaging lessons across the primary curriculum

• Supporting pupils as they transition into more formal learning in KS1

• Assessing progress and adapting teaching to meet individual needs

• Working closely with teaching assistants and other members of the KS1 team

• Building positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues

• Full involvement in the wider life of the school

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds QTS

• Has experience teaching within a UK primary school

• Ideally has experience within KS1

• Has a good understanding of early reading and phonics

• Can create a positive, nurturing and well-managed classroom

• Is enthusiastic, reliable and committed to helping every child make progress

• Works well as part of a supportive school team
