• Experience: Previous experience working with children is essential (this can include school settings, youth clubs, childcare, sports coaching, or volunteering).

• Qualifications: Both qualified (Level 2/3) and unqualified candidates are welcome to apply.

• Enthusiastic individuals who can adapt quickly to different primary classroom environments and support the class teacher effectively.

• Strong communication skills and a patient, nurturing approach to supporting young learners.
