Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Principal Scientist to lead our Clinical Method Development and Validation team.

This role involves overseeing bioanalytical method delivery for our New Product Development programme, providing technical leadership, and ensuring continuous improvement in a GLP-compliant environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the expert in method development and analytical extraction techniques (e.g., protein precipitation, SPE, Liquid-Liquid).
• Optimise analytical systems (HPLC, UPLC, LCMSMS) and chromatographic methods for low-level analytes.
• Manage and mentor the Method Development and Validation team.
• Oversee bioanalytical method development and validation in compliance with GLP and international regulations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Biochemistry, Biomedical Science, or a related field.
• 4+ years' lab experience in a GxP environment, 2+ years in a managerial role.
• Expertise in HPLC, UPLC, LCMSMS, and chromatography data systems.
• Strong technical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
