Production OperativeLocation: Leamington Spa
Salary: £13.45 per hour
Hours: Part-time initially, increasing to full-time hours in December
Job Type: Temporary ongoing
The Role:
Empowered Personnel are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join a busy manufacturing operation based in Leamington Spa.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced production environment where you will be involved in the manufacture, finishing, preparation and dispatch of a range of bespoke products.
Please note: This role will initially be offered on a part-time basis, with hours expected to increase to full-time from December.
Working Hours:
- Until the end of November: Approximately 4 hours per day, part-time
- From December onwards: Full-time hours of approximately 8–10 hours per day
- Flexibility with working hours is essential
- Overtime and weekend work may be available/required depending on business needs
Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Production Operative, your duties will include:
- Producing and finishing products to a high standard
- Operating production machinery and equipment
- Preparing goods for dispatch
- Processing customer orders
- Packing and shipping finished products
- Carrying out quality checks
- Working as part of a busy production team
Pay Rate:
- £13.45 per hour
The Ideal Candidate is:
- Flexible with working hours and shift patterns
- Available to work weekends when required
- Available to work overtime when required
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- Physically capable of carrying out production, packing and manual handling duties
- A good communicator with a positive attitude
- Able to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
