T&K Associates are currently recruiting on behalf of our Client in Ashby-de-la-Zouch for a Production Operative on the night shift on a temporary to permanent basis.

Production Operative Job Details & Benefits;

• Mon, Tues, Wed 10pm – 06:30am and Sunday 18:30pm – 06:30am
• £12.71 whilst training on days, increasing to £15.38 per hour when on the night shift

Production Operative Job Details;

• Placing components onto boards
• General Production duties, including picking and packing components
• Working within a small, supportive team
• Quality checking work to maintain high accuracy and efficiency
• Assisting in building systems to support fast turnaround and exemplary output

Production Operative Person Specification;

• Keen to learn new skills
• Excellent eye for detail
• Enjoy following processes to a high standard
• Can work both independently and as part of a small team
