Conrad Consulting is working with a leading consultancy to recruit an experienced Project Controls Manager / Reporting Lead to support a major defence programme in Berkshire.

This is a specialist opportunity for a project controls professional with strong reporting and data analytics capabilities, particularly experience using Microsoft Power BI.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for project reporting, developing meaningful management information and supporting senior stakeholders with accurate and insightful programme data.

• Lead project reporting activities across a major defence programme.
• Develop, maintain and improve reporting dashboards using Power BI.
• Analyse complex project data and translate findings into meaningful management information.
• Produce regular programme reports and performance updates.
• Support project teams with data analysis and reporting requirements.
• Identify trends, variances and potential areas of concern.
• Work with project controls colleagues to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency.
• Present information clearly to support senior-level decision-making.

• Proven experience in project controls, project reporting or programme management.
• Strong practical experience using Microsoft Power BI.
• Excellent data analysis and reporting skills.
• Experience working within the defence sector is essential.
• Strong Excel and data management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance.

• Salary of £60,000–£75,000.
• Berkshire-based position.
• Three days per week on site.
• Opportunity to work on a major defence programme.
