Remuneration: £50,000 - £60,000 + Discretionary bonus

The role of the Project Manager – Commercial Fit-Out will involve:

• Project Manager position working on a range of commercial refurbishment & fit-out projects
• Visit sites when required to conduct inspections, and site assessments
• Manage all aspects of the project from tender all the way through to the completion
• Write up health and safety documents for each individual site
• Liaise with clients and internal teams to provide reports for the project
• Attend pre-contract meetings and progress meetings  with clients
• Maintain good working knowledge of current contracts, acts, and legislation

The ideal applicant will be a Project Manager – Commercial Fit-Out will with:

• Must have extensive Project Management experience within commercial refurbishment, office fit-out or closely related
• Fresh outlook with the ability to adapt and influence
• Existing people manager
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal across all levels
• Confident and articulate
