We're working with a leading Tier 1 main contractor looking for a Project Manager to deliver a £50m student accommodation scheme in Leicester.

The Role

You'll take the lead on a £50m student accommodation development, managing site teams, subcontractors, programme, quality, health and safety, and overall project delivery.

What we're Looking For

• Proven Project Management experience with a main contractor.

• Experience delivering large-scale residential, student accommodation, hotel or similar developments.

• Strong leadership, programme management and problem-solving skills.

• Ambition to grow with an expanding regional business.
