Job Description:

Are you an experienced Project Manager looking for your next client-side opportunity? We’re recruiting for a Project Manager to deliver a range of estates and construction projects for a healthcare organisation in Leicestershire.
You’ll manage multiple projects valued up to £10m, working closely with senior stakeholders, contractors, estates and design teams. This is an initial six-month contract with the potential to become permanent.
The Role
As the Project Manager, you will:

• Manage multiple estates and construction projects valued up to £10m.
• Oversee project budgets, programmes and timescales.
• Manage contractors and ensure high Health & Safety standards.
• Provide senior management with clear updates on project progress and costs.
• Coordinate with estates, design and construction teams.
• Ensure successful delivery within a live operational environment.

About You
To be successful as the Project Manager, you’ll have:

• Proven project management experience within estates, construction or a similar environment.
• Experience managing contractors, budgets and project programmes.
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder and communication skills.
• The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Healthcare or NHS estates experience would be advantageous.
