£70,000 - £80,000 Basic + Bonuses Discretionary (OTE £2,000 - £5,000 on top) + Progression + Excellent Package + Company Car + Fuel Card + IMMEDIATE START

The business operates across several key infrastructure sectors, including Water & Utilities, Energy and the Built Environment, delivering complex design, construction and maintenance projects for major clients. This Project Manager Role Will Include:

* Manage projects from design through to completion and handover, ensuring programme, budget, quality and safety targets are achieved.

* Prepare cost forecasts, budgets and monthly performance reports, maintaining strong commercial control.

* Lead and coordinate site teams, labour, subcontractors, plant and materials.

* Develop and monitor construction programmes, work packages and project resources.

The Ideal Project Manager Will Have:

* Experience working within Civil Engineering / Water / Utilities / Infrastructure or similar 

* CSCS Card

* NEBOSH

* UK Driving license
