Quality Assurance Manager

Food Manufacturing 

Nottingham 

Role:

• Lead and manage the QA team, fostering a culture of quality and accountability
• Coach Operations staff to maintain due diligence in food safety and quality standards
• Implement and monitor continuous improvement initiatives across the site
• Drive complaint reduction plans in collaboration with Operations and Technical Services
• Conduct audits, investigate customer complaints, and ensure supplier compliance with specifications
• Support innovation by ensuring quality standards are integrated into new product development

Requirements:

• Previous experience within a food manufacturing environment is essesntial
