Job Title: Quality Controller

Location: Rochester

Salary: £31,000 - £32,000

Shift: Mon - Fri - Days 

Job Role of the Quality Controller

We are offering a fantastic opportunity for a  Quality Controller to join an established fresh produce manufacturing site in Kent. The company has heavily invested in automation,  production lines, and continuous improvement initiatives, making it an excellent workplace for those seeking career development, technical growth, and future leadership opportunities.

You will be responsible for carrying out quality control improvement processes on a range of fresh produce in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Working on a Monday to Friday days pattern, you will play a key role in reducing downtime, improving reliability, and supporting production performance across the site.

· Quality Control experience

- Food experience

- Fresh Produce experience

Requirements for the Quality Controller

· Quality Control experience

- Factory / Industrial experience

- Food / Fresh Produce environment experience

Desirable Requirements for the Quality Controller.

· Experience working as a Manufacturing Engineer in the UK.

· Previous experience within FMCG, food, beverage or packaging environments.
