Quality Manager – Dublin, Ireland
Salary: €75,000–€85,000 + Benefits

We are representing a leading international engineering and construction contractor delivering major projects across the Data Centre, Mission Critical, Advanced Technology and Life Sciences sectors.
The business has an established reputation for delivering technically complex, high-quality construction projects for some of the world's largest organisations.
They are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to lead the quality function on a major project in Dublin, driving quality performance, compliance and continuous improvement across the project team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the project Quality function and ensure a consistently high standard of delivery.
- Promote a strong culture of quality, safety, accountability and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement project QA/QC procedures, controls and systems.
- Establish quality processes in line with project requirements and client standards.
- Lead and develop the project Quality team.
- Monitor and publish weekly quality indicators, metrics and performance reports.
- Analyse quality trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide recommendations to prevent recurring quality issues.
- Standardise QA reporting and ensure the correct performance measures are being monitored.
- Attend project, coordination and stakeholder meetings.
- Ensure quality systems and documentation are accessible and effectively implemented across the project.
- Monitor team performance and provide leadership, coaching and accountability.
- Support Lean Construction initiatives and continuous improvement programmes.
- Work closely with project, engineering, construction and commissioning teams.
- Drive quality improvements across all project phases from construction through testing and handover.
Requirements
- 10+ years' relevant Quality / QA/QC experience within large-scale construction.
- Proven experience delivering major, complex construction projects.
- Data Centre, Mission Critical or high-specification construction experience preferred.
- Degree or Master's qualification in Quality, QA/QC, Engineering, Construction or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of construction quality systems, processes and controls.
- Proven experience leading and developing Quality teams.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Experience implementing digital construction and quality management platforms.
- Proven ability to motivate teams and hold individuals accountable for performance.
