4 Week Temporary Assignment

We are looking for an organised and proactive Recruitment Administrator to join our client's busy team on a 4-week temporary assignment.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is available to start immediately.

Key responsibilities include:

• Posting vacancies across job boards and social media platforms.
• Managing candidate applications and updating the recruitment database.
• Arranging interviews.
• Speaking with candidates to gather information and provide updates.
• Coordinating interview schedules and managing diaries.
• Maintaining accurate records in line with GDPR.
• Providing general administrative support to the Internal Recruitment team.

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

• Previous administration experience (recruitment or HR experience is advantageous but not essential).
• Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive, flexible attitude and a willingness to support the wider team.
