Executive Search & Retained Recruitment

For experienced recruiters looking to move beyond contingency recruitment, we offer the opportunity to transition into executive retained search with full training, mentoring and support.

Recruitment Consultant 

Manage a busy desk and be paid bonus immediately on any existing accounts 

What We're Looking For

• Proven success within recruitment, staffing 
• Strong billing and business development track record
• Established network and market knowledge across Leicester, Nottingham, Derby, Northampton or the wider East Midlands
• Ability to develop long-term client and candidate relationships
• Professional, consultative and relationship-led approach
• Self-motivated individuals who enjoy autonomy and accountability
