Recruitment Consultant - Construction & Built Environment

Nottinghamshire | Hybrid Working | Warm Desk

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join a successful and growing recruitment business in Nottinghamshire. This role offers a genuine warm desk with established client relationships, live vacancies and immediate earning potential.

You will manage permanent recruitment assignments across the Construction and Built Environment sector, developing long-term relationships with clients and candidates while delivering a consultative recruitment service. The desk covers Construction, Civil Engineering, Property, Building Services, Architecture, Quantity Surveying and Senior Appointments.

The successful candidate will benefit from ongoing training, mentoring and the opportunity to progress into Senior Consultant, Leadership or Executive Search positions. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious recruiter seeking greater career development, stronger earning potential and a supportive team environment.

Previous recruitment experience is essential. While construction recruitment experience would be advantageous, applications are welcomed from recruiters working within Engineering, Professional Services, Industrial, Technical, Commercial, Sales, Supply Chain, Accountancy & Finance or Business Support sectors.
