Engineering & Manufacturing Recruitment Manager / Team Leader

Leicester | Hybrid Working Available | £40,000 - £55,000 Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission

Are you a successful Engineering, Manufacturing or Industrial Recruitment Consultant who loves winning new business and developing client relationships?

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a growing independent recruitment business and work directly with the CEO to expand its Engineering & Manufacturing division.

We're looking for a commercially driven recruiter who thrives on sales, enjoys opening doors and wants the autonomy to build something significant. You'll have the freedom to develop your market, influence strategy and play a key role in the future growth of the business.

Whether you're currently a Senior Consultant, Principal Consultant, Business Manager or Team Leader, this role offers genuine progression, strong earning potential and the opportunity to build a team around you as the division grows.

The Opportunity

You'll be responsible for driving business growth across engineering, manufacturing, industrial and technical markets throughout the Midlands and the UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Winning new business and securing exclusive recruitment partnerships
• Building long-term client relationships across engineering and manufacturing sectors
• Generating new revenue opportunities through proactive business development
• Developing and growing a profitable recruitment desk
• Negotiating commercial terms, rates and service agreements
• Managing and expanding existing client accounts
• Delivering permanent, contract and interim recruitment solutions
• Identifying new market opportunities and sector growth areas
• Supporting the development of future team members as the division expands

What We're Looking For

• Proven recruitment sales and business development success
• Strong new business generation and client acquisition skills
• Experience within Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial, Technical, Supply Chain or Skilled Trades recruitment
• A track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets
• Commercially minded, ambitious and highly motivated
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
