Recruitment Resourcer – Driving Recruitment

Location: Ratby, Leicestershire
Salary: £28,000 - £33,000 per annum + Uncapped Bonus + Career Progression

Due to continued growth, we're looking for an ambitious Recruitment Resourcer to join our successful team at our Ratby office.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant looking to develop an established desk while helping drive the future growth of an expanding business. Experience within logistics recruitment is advantageous but not essential—we welcome applications from successful recruiters from any sector who are passionate about building relationships and delivering exceptional service.

The Role

You'll take ownership of an established client portfolio while working closely with our senior recruitment team, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, maintain exceptional compliance standards and play a key role in growing both our client base and candidate network.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow an existing client portfolio through exceptional account management.
• Resourcing specialist drivers for global brands.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities through networking, sales calls, social media and face-to-face meetings.
• Build lasting relationships with clients and candidates.
• Arrange and attend at least one new business meeting each week.
• Support and mentor junior consultants within the branch.
• Recruit, interview and register HGV drivers, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant.
• Ensure all candidates meet current legislation and compliance requirements.
• Complete weekly compliance audits, including:
  • Driver infringements
  • Worker Assignment Confirmations
  • Client Booking Confirmations
• Coordinate the branch's out-of-hours service to ensure excellent client support.
• Assist with recruitment tenders and bid submissions.
• Grow Driver Resource Recruitment's social media presence and employer brand.
• Develop innovative driver attraction and retention strategies.
• Create and maintain recruitment trackers and reporting for newly registered drivers.
• Work closely with management to achieve branch objectives and growth targets.

What We're Looking For

• Previous recruitment experience preferred but not essential (any sector considered).
• A driven, self-motivated and target-focused individual.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Organised with exceptional attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Commercially minded with a proactive approach to problem solving.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.

Performance Expectations

Success in this role will include:

• Growing and retaining existing client accounts.
• Achieving approximately £200 GP in new business each week (equivalent to around five additional shifts).
• Maintaining excellent compliance standards.
• Supporting the continued development of the recruitment team.
• Increasing candidate attraction through marketing and social media activity.
