Recruitment Resourcer

Pyramid8 Recruitment has been established for 20 years, building strong relationships with businesses and candidates. We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Resourcer to join our team and play a key role in sourcing and attracting great talent across a varied range of vacancies.

Working closely with our recruitment consultants, you’ll be responsible for identifying suitable candidates, building talent pools and ensuring we connect our clients with the right people.  This role is Monday to Thursday and is office based in WF10.

The role

• Proactively sourcing candidates through job boards, CV databases, LinkedIn and social media.
• Reviewing CVs, conducting telephone screening and assessing candidate suitability.
• Building and maintaining strong candidate relationships and talent pools.
• Matching candidates to live vacancies across a range of sectors and job levels.
• Arranging interviews, managing candidate communication and providing feedback.
• Keeping candidate records and the recruitment database up to date.
• Working closely with consultants to understand client requirements and recruitment priorities.

About you

• Previous experience in a recruitment resourcing role is essential.
• Confident sourcing candidates and screening CVs across a range of roles.
• Excellent telephone and communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and build rapport.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple vacancies at once.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment environment and working to deadlines.
• A team player who takes pride in delivering a positive candidate experience.
