Job description

The Results People are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer based on site in Hinckley supporting our clients and their operations.

What we offer:

• Full-time
• Salary £26,404 plus placement bonus
• Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00
• Full training and resources provided to support your development

What you’ll be doing:

• Working closely with management to understand recruitment needs and client requirements
• Supporting our clients by delivering a high-quality recruitment service
• Sourcing candidates using a range of tools (CV databases, job boards, open days, etc.)
• Managing the full recruitment process, from initial contact through to onboarding
• Registering new candidates and ensuring all compliance is up to date
• Supporting the team with general recruitment administration

• Someone proactive, organised, and responsive
• Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise tasks effectively
• Willingness to learn and grow within a developing company

Requirements:

• Previous recruitment experience is desirable (minimum 6 months), but not essential
• Driving licence is required
