Job Description:

IMH Recruitment are currently seeking a reliable and flexible Recycling Operative to join our client’s team in Leicester.

There are different sites that need covering:

Barwell – 1 Position.

• Summer Hours: Saturday, Sunday & Monday: 9:00am–5:00pm
• Tuesday & Wednesday: 9:00am–7:00pm
• Winter Hours: Saturday–Wednesday: 9:00am–4:00pm

Kibworth & Market Harborough – 1 Position.

• Working hours to be confirmed.

Whetstone RHWS – 2 Positions.

• Summer Hours: Saturday, Sunday & Monday: 9:00am–5:00pm
• Thursday & Friday: 9:00am–7:00pm
• Winter Hours: Thursday–Monday: 9:00am–4:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting the public with waste disposal and recycling
• Ensuring waste is sorted into correct bins
• Managing site traffic and providing clear direction
• Maintaining health and safety standards on-site
• Working outdoors in all weather conditions

Requirements:

• UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
• Previous experience in recycling or waste management (preferred)
• Ability to work 5 days on, 2 days off rota – including weekends
• Positive, customer-focused attitude

Hours and Pay:

• 5 days over 7 including weekend work.
• Hours normally are between 9am-7pm Weekdays & 9am-5pm weekends but you will be expected to follow the shift patten provided by your manager.
• Please note hours of sites can change subject to the winter months.
• £14.00 Per Hour, weekly pay!
