Monday to Friday | 40 Hours per Week

At Kinaxia, our people are at the heart of everything we do. As one of the UK's leading logistics groups, we're looking for an experienced and commercially focused Regional HR Business Partner to support multiple operations across the region and help drive a high-performing, engaged workforce.

Working closely with senior leaders and site management teams, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering people initiatives, supporting organisational change, developing talent, and ensuring our people strategy aligns with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to support strategic decision-making, workforce planning and talent development.
• Support the development of a high-performance culture that enables colleagues to thrive and achieve their potential.
• Lead and support people projects, business integrations and transformation programmes.
• Implement change management initiatives, including communications, training and colleague engagement activities.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the region and wider Group.
• Analyse people data and trends to provide meaningful insights that support business decisions.
• Provide coaching and guidance to managers on a wide range of people matters.
• Support succession planning, organisational design and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure HR policies, procedures and employment legislation are applied consistently and compliantly.
• Drive continuous improvement in key people metrics, including absence, turnover, agency usage, engagement and productivity.
• Represent HR at monthly business review meetings and work closely with Compliance to minimise business risk.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in a HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisory role.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practice and core HR processes.
• Proven experience supporting change, transformation or business improvement programmes.
• Strong commercial awareness and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Strong coaching skills and a proven ability to support, challenge and develop management effectiveness.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects and locations simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using HR data to influence decisions.
• CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent), or working towards qualification.
• Proficient in data analysis, reporting and presentation with strong IT skills including Excel and Powerpoint.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly throughout the region.
