Registered Manager – Children's Home

Location: Loughborough, LE11
Salary: Up to £45,000 per year
Hours: Flexible
Job Type: Full-time

We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a children's residential home in Loughborough.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about delivering high-quality care, leading a strong team and achieving positive outcomes for children and young people.

About You

You will need:

• Level 3/4 qualification in Children's Residential Care or equivalent
• Working towards a Level 5 qualification
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a children's residential home
• Previous senior, supervisory or management experience
• Good knowledge of safeguarding, Children's Homes Regulations and Quality Standards
• Strong leadership and communication skills

The Role

You will oversee the day-to-day running of the home, including:

• Leading and developing the residential care team
• Ensuring high-quality, individualised care
• Maintaining safeguarding and regulatory standards
• Overseeing care plans, documentation and staff supervision
• Working with social workers, families and other professionals
• Supporting Ofsted inspections and ongoing compliance
