SALARY -  £43,476 – £45,107 + potential to earn £46,709
HOURS - 37 hours | Permanent | Full-time

We're looking for a confident, compassionate and experienced Registered Manager to lead a Solo Children's Home in Mundesley.

This isn't about simply managing a building.

It's about creating a safe, stable and genuinely homely environment where a young person can feel secure, supported and able to thrive.

What will you be doing?

You'll be the person leading from the front, including:

• Managing and developing a dedicated care team
• Embedding trauma-informed, child-centred care
• Creating a safe and nurturing home environment
• Supporting and developing staff through supervision and training
• Working with families, professionals and external agencies
• Working alongside therapeutic specialists
• Maintaining excellent safeguarding and regulatory standards
• Driving continuous improvement and positive outcomes

You'll need:

• Strong experience in children's residential care and leadership
• Level 3 childcare-related qualification
• Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification
• Experience with trauma-informed practice and therapeutic parenting
• The confidence to lead a team and make decisions
• Excellent communication skills
• The resilience, warmth and personality to make a real difference
