Registered Manager – Children's Residential EBD Homes
Burton upon Trent
£60,000 Basic Salary + £10,000 Performance Bonus

QS Recruitment are recruiting for a Registered Manager to oversee two neighbouring, solo-placement Ofsted registered EBD children's homes in Burton upon Trent.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager to join a provider with a strong reputation for therapeutic, trauma-informed care, with all existing homes rated Good or Outstanding by Ofsted.

The homes operate as solo-placement services, allowing the Registered Manager to focus on delivering high-quality care and positive outcomes for young people with emotional and behavioural needs.

The Role

As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Leading and developing the staff team
• Ensuring Ofsted compliance and safeguarding standards
• Managing care plans, risk assessments and outcomes
• Supporting children with EBD needs
• Working closely with the Deputy Manager, Responsible Individual and clinical team
• Driving continuous improvement across both homes

What We're Looking For

• Experience as a Registered Manager within children's residential care
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare
• Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding
• Experience supporting children with EBD needs
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
