Registered Nurse 

Walton-on-Thames, Surrey
£23.00 per hour | Paid Breaks | Permanent

Are you a Registered Nurse looking for a rewarding role within a well-established nursing home in Walton-on-Thames?

We are recruiting for an experienced RGN or RMN to join a friendly and supportive clinical team, providing high-quality nursing care to residents within a comfortable and welcoming care home environment.

The Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will:

• Deliver safe, person-centred nursing care
• Complete clinical assessments and regularly review care plans
• Administer medication safely and accurately
• Monitor residents’ health and respond appropriately to any changes
• Support residents with a range of nursing and care needs
• Work closely with GPs and other healthcare professionals
• Provide guidance and support to care staff on shift
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
• Build positive relationships with residents and their families
• Ensure high standards of dignity, choice and independence are maintained

About You

To be considered, you will need:

• Current NMC registration
• RGN or RMN qualification
• Good clinical knowledge and confidence
• A compassionate and resident-focused approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Previous experience within a nursing home or elderly care setting would be beneficial
