Registered Nurse | Surgical Ward

Spire Clare Park Hospital | Farnham | Part Time (22.5 Hours) | Permanent

Spire Clare Park Hospital is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our busy Surgical Ward on a part-time, permanent basis.

Spire Clare Park Hospital is a modern elective hospital located in Farnham and is rated "Good" by the CQC. The hospital provides a broad range of surgical and diagnostic services, including Orthopaedics, General Surgery, Cosmetic Surgery, Urology, Dermatology and ENT, supported by state‑of‑the‑art imaging facilities.

Working within a supportive team, you'll deliver high-quality patient care across a varied surgical caseload, supporting patients throughout their inpatient journey and providing post-operative care including wound management, IV therapy, and drains.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess, plan and deliver outstanding patient care.
  • Support patients through their surgical recovery.
  • Provide post-operative nursing care including wound dressings, IVs, and drains.
  • Promote best practice in patient safety and clinical care.
  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

What We're Looking For

  • NMC Registered Nurse with no restrictions on practice.
  • Minimum 6 months' post-registration hospital experience.
  • Previous surgical or acute ward experience essential.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Hours

  • 22.5 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday with 1 Saturday per month
