Job Description:

Remote Administrator | Immediate Start | Up to £30k Pro Rata | Short-Term Contract | Excel & Data Entry Skills Required

Immediate requirement for a detail-oriented Administrator to support a large-scale employee records migration project.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator with strong Microsoft Office skills who enjoys accurate, process-driven work. Previous HR or Legal Administration experience is beneficial but not essential. Full training will be provided.

The Role

• Transfer employee records and documentation into a new HR system
• Maintain accurate Excel trackers and data records
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive information
• Work remotely following a short onboarding and training session
• Support a time-critical business project through to completion

The Person

• Previous Administration, Office Support, Data Entry or Document Control experience
• Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to handle confidential information professionally
• Available for an immediate start
