Job Description:

Join a well established social housing contractor and receive a company van, fuel card, and all essential tools from day one. As a Roofer, you will be responsible for carrying out responsive maintenance and repair work within domestic properties across the Market Harborough area

As a Roofer, you will be:

• Carrying out roofing repairs and maintenance on flat, tiled, and slated roofs
• Repair and renew guttering, work on scaffolds and carry out scaffold inspections
• Inspecting roof defects to determine the most effective repair methods
• Undertaking minor carpentry work associated with roofing tasks

I’d love to speak to Roofer who has:

• Over 3 years’ trade experience, ideally within a repairs or maintenance environment
• NVQ in Roofing Occupations (or equivalent)
• Experience working on both pitched and flat roofs
• A full, valid UK driving licence
• Willingness to undergo a DBS check prior to starting

Salary £35,300 per year.

Location & Travel:
