Roofing Manager 

£50,000 – £55,000 + Company Vehicle | Full-Time

A senior operational opportunity for an ambitious roofing professional.

We’re looking for an experienced Roofing Manager to take ownership of roofing operations within a growing, forward-thinking organisation.

This is not simply a management position. It’s an opportunity to shape the way roofing operations are delivered, build high-performing teams, drive operational excellence and play a key role in the continued growth of the business.

You’ll combine strong technical roofing knowledge with commercial awareness, leadership and a relentless focus on quality, safety and performance.

THE OPPORTUNITY

You will take responsibility for:

• Leading, developing and motivating roofing teams.
• Planning labour, resources and logistics across multiple projects.
• Driving exceptional standards of quality, safety and compliance.
• Overseeing scaffolding operations, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Providing technical leadership and hands-on support where required.
• Managing team performance, recruitment and development.
• Improving productivity, efficiency and operational processes.
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, professionally and to the highest standards.
• Building strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal teams.

THE PERSON

We’re looking for a proven roofing professional who is ready to take the next step in their career.

You’ll bring:

• Significant domestic roofing experience.
• Proven experience managing and leading roofing teams.
• Strong knowledge of tiled and slated roofing systems.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong Health & Safety and Working at Height knowledge.
• A commercially aware, organised and solutions-focused approach.
• The confidence to make decisions and take ownership.
• A full UK driving licence.

Commercial roofing, Solar PV, SMSTS/SSSTS and scaffolding experience would be highly advantageous.
