- Promote a proactive health and safety culture through regular shop floor presence, audits, inspections, and employee engagement.
- Investigate accidents, incidents and near misses, implementing corrective and preventative actions to drive continuous improvement.
- Coordinate planned preventative maintenance, statutory inspections, and reactive maintenance through external contractors.
- Produce and report HSE KPIs while supporting continuous improvement across the business.
- Work closely with Production, Engineering and Management teams to maintain a safe, compliant and efficient manufacturing environment.

- Minimum of 5 years' experience
