Job Description:
My client are seeking an experienced Administrator to support their busy commercial team on a 12 month FTC.
This is a hybrid role.
Sales Administrator Key responsibilities include: - Processing and managing customer orders from receipt to delivery
- Liaising with suppliers to confirm delivery timelines and resolve queries
- Supporting the Sales and Warehouse teams with order and product queries
- Acting as a key point of contact between suppliers and sales teams
- Maintaining accurate supplier and product data across internal systems
- Monitoring performance and highlighting risks or opportunities
Sales Administrator About you: - At least 1 year's experience in a busy commercial admin role - preferably within a sales or purchasing environment.
- Process driven with good organisational skills.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confident communicator with good IT skills (Microsoft Office)
