In this face-to-face role, you'll represent a range of charity and client campaigns, developing real sales, communication and customer engagement skills while making a positive impact.

What You'll Be Doing

As part of our team, you'll:

• Represent charity and client campaigns through face-to-face customer interactions
• Speak with members of the public in a professional and friendly manner
• Explain campaigns clearly and confidently
• Build positive relationships with supporters and customers
• Develop your communication, sales and presentation skills
• Learn from experienced mentors through ongoing coaching and development

Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, events or sales is beneficial but not essential. We value attitude, personality and a willingness to learn above previous experience.

Earnings

This is a subcontracted, performance-based opportunity where your earnings reflect your results.

Our team members typically earn £450–£600 per week OTE, with additional incentives and bonuses available for strong performance. The more you develop your skills and achieve results, the greater your earning potential.
