£27,000 - £30,000
Monday to Friday | 7:30 am - 4:30 pm

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing distributor within the flooring and interiors sector. They are looking for a motivated, personable, and customer-focused individual to join their successful team.

The Role

• Be the first point of contact for customers via the trade counter, telephone, and email
• Process customer orders and prepare quotations
• Provide product advice and recommend suitable solutions
• Develop strong relationships with existing trade customers
• Identify opportunities to upsell and maximise sales
• Keep customers updated on deliveries, stock availability, and order progress
• Ensure the trade counter remains professional, organised, and welcoming
• Work closely with colleagues to deliver an outstanding customer experience

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience within trade sales, trade counter, retail sales, builders' merchants, and electrical wholesale.
• A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships
• A proactive and positive attitude with a genuine desire to help customers
• Comfortable using IT systems, including email and Microsoft Office
• Sales experience would be advantageous, although full product training will be provided
• Someone who wants to learn, develop, and progress within the business
