Job Description:

Sales Controller  Used Cars- Hinckley
Salary –£30,000 Basic + Bonus OTE up to 65k uncapped
Days – Monday – Friday, 5 days per week, 10am - 7pm, 42.5 hours per week, 2 days off on a weekday then work Saturday & Sunday (Saturday hours= 10am – 7pm & Sunday Hours = 10am – 5pm)

We are looking fior an experienced Sales Executiveto make the step up, you will need at least 3 years used car sales experience.

Please not no car is provided, but if you make it to Sales Manager which is the next step from Sales controller, a car will be provided!

Sales Controller Role:

• Supporting and filling in for the Sales Manager when required
• The main point of contact to customers coming into the showroom and delivering the highest quality of customer service
• Responsible for listening to customer requirements and qualification of the features they are looking for in the vehicle they are looking to purchase.
• Arranging test drives
• Selling our value added products
• Helping to drive the sales team to hit and exceed the branches targets
• Hitting and exceeding your own monthly sales target

Sales Controller Requirements:

• Must have a Full UK Driving License
• 1+ years experience as a Sales Controller, Business manager or Sales manager at an independent garage, used car dealership or main dealer environment is needed or 3 years used car sales experience
