Location: Hinckley (Onsite)
Salary: Up to £27,000 + Guaranteed £500/month commission for your first 3 months
Uncapped Commission | Average OTE £40,000 | Top Earners £60,000+

We're looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join a market-leading business that provides services to the Accountancy, Compliance, HR and Health & Safety sectors. Whether you're a recent graduate or have previous sales experience, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company with clear career progression.

What you'll do:

• Make outbound calls to prospective business clients.
• Generate new business opportunities and book appointments.
• Build and manage your sales pipeline.
• Work closely with the Business Development team to maximise sales.
• Achieve and exceed individual targets in a supportive, high-performance environment.
