Are you an experienced Sales Executive or Business Development professional looking for your next challenge?

Regional Recruitment are recruiting for a Sales Executive to join a well-established marketing and sales business based in Leicester. Working across the healthcare, hospitality and professional services sectors, you'll play a key role in generating new business, building strong client relationships and driving sales growth.

This is a fast-paced role that would suit someone who is confident on the phone, commercially driven and enjoys the challenge of identifying opportunities, engaging with new businesses and converting conversations into sales.

Essential:

• Previous experience in B2B sales, telesales, business development or a similar sales-focused role
• Confident communicator with strong telephone and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to generate new business and identify sales opportunities
• Target-driven and motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Ability to build rapport and develop strong relationships with prospective clients
• Proactive and resilient approach to sales

Desirable:

• Experience selling marketing, sales or professional services
• Experience working across healthcare, hospitality or professional services sectors
• Previous experience working within a high-volume outbound sales environment

• Proactively identify and generate new B2B sales opportunities through outbound calling, prospecting and business development activity.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Understand client requirements and effectively communicate the benefits of the company's marketing and sales services.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing the deal.
• Follow up on leads and opportunities to maximise conversion rates.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activity and pipeline opportunities.
• Consistently work towards and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Identify opportunities to develop existing client relationships and generate additional business.

As Sales Executive, you will also be expected to:

• Be confident, driven and commercially minded.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment.
• Be comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and speaking with decision-makers.
• Have a resilient and positive attitude, with the ability to handle objections and turn them into opportunities.
• Be motivated by commission and the opportunity to earn alongside your basic salary.
