Our client is an established manufacturing business based in Harrogate. Now recruiting a Sales Ledger Administrator to join their friendly and established finance team. The successful candidate will ensure accurate invoicing, efficient processing of customer returns, and timely issuance of credit notes. The Sales Ledger Administrator will play a key part in maintaining strong customer relationships by supporting smooth financial transactions and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Sales Ledger Administrator – Key Responsibilities

• Provide a friendly customer service experience for all customers.
• Ensure accurate, timely and efficient invoice and crediting.
• Provide administrative support to the Finance department.
• Liaise across departments to resolve invoices, credit and delivery discrepancies.
• Administer, organise and complete the returns process in full and document stages.
• Actively resolve any issue by contacting customers to rectify any errors.
• Assist with any inquiries, questions, and complaints in an efficient and timely manner.
• Provide Sage reports and analysis on activities.
• Raise non-stock invoices.
• General office administrative duties such as making enquiries, gathering info, data entry, scanning, filing, answering telephone queries etc.
• Provide monthly accuracy reports and anything else that might be required.

Sales Ledger Administrator – Candidate

• Detail orientated with strong administration skills.
• Knowledge of finance/accounts would be beneficial; however, not essential as full training can be provided.
• Be customer focused with good verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to manage, organise and update relevant data/records as required.
• Be team orientated, with the ability to work independently.

The Sales Ledger Administrator position is offering £26,000 basic salary plus great benefits for the successful candidate! This is a full-time, permanent, site-based position in Harrogate.
