We're hiring a Sales Manager to take ownership of a telesales function that sits at the heart of new business growth. This isn't just managing a team - it's your chance to shape it, grow it, and drive real results.

What You'll Be Doing

• Build and leada high-performing telesales team from the ground up

• Drive activity, quality and appointment conversion
• Coach, develop and push your team to exceed targets
• Own CRM performance and pipeline quality
• Work closely with field sales to maximise opportunities
• Introduce incentives, competitions and ideas to keep energy high
• Deliver performance insights and influence senior leadership

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing a telesales / contact centre team

• Strong track record of driving results in a target-driven environment
• A hands-on leaderwho leads from the front
• Commercially focused with a consultative mindset
• Confident working with stakeholders at all levels
