Duration: Fixed term Contract Permanent to start in November

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm

JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for an excellent Office Supervisor – this a quick start due to the fact it is a contract role - start date is in November 2026. We are looking for a customer service and internal sales professional who will act as the main driver of the customer service teams – you will be responsible for supervising it and ensuring the monitoring of targets and meeting KPIs with the customer service levels. We are looking for a commercially minded person who excels at building relationships. You must be proactive and results driven and someone who enjoys success.

Role profile, duties include but are not limited to:

• Train, motivate, appraise and manage the internal sales and customer service teams
• Ensure everyone is updated on product knowledge and pricing
• Report on credits
• Investigate credits
• Ensure KPI targets are hit for both orders and emails
• Monitor stock levels and availability
• Train and monitor staff on all levels of service to keep a high standard at all times
• Monitor sales performance and activity
• Answer calls and deal with customers
• Process all admin required
• Hold appraisals for teams
• Lot of ad hoc tasks

Essential Criteria:

• Supervisory experience 
• Full UK Driving licence
• Exceptional people skills and professionalism
• Effective oral and written communication skills in English
• Strong IT skills
• Sound analytical & problem-solving skills
• Experience of in-house systems
