Location: Fully remote, UK-wide.

Are you working in sales support at a commercial finance brokerage and looking for more ownership? This is an opportunity to join a growing brokerage where you can use your experience to help shape the support function, rather than simply follow existing processes.

Fintelligent Search is partnering with a commercial finance brokerage to recruit a Sales Support Executive. You’ll work closely with the brokers, packaging applications, chasing outstanding documents and keeping deals moving through to completion.

This is a dedicated broker support role, not a frontline sales position.

The Role As a Sales Support Executive, your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting brokers with the day-to-day progression of commercial finance applications.
• Packaging applications and checking that supporting documentation is complete.
• Chasing outstanding information and documents to prevent delays.
• Following up on stalled applications and helping resolve outstanding requirements.
• Managing multiple live cases and keeping brokers updated on progress.
• Identifying ways to improve processes and build an effective sales support function.

About You We’re looking for someone who understands the pace of a commercial finance brokerage and knows what it takes to get a deal over the line.

You’ll bring:

• Experience in sales support, broker support or sales operations within a commercial finance brokerage.
• An understanding of application packaging and the finance process.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise multiple cases.
• A proactive approach to chasing information and resolving hold-ups.
• Clear communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• The confidence to suggest improvements and work independently in a remote role.

Experience within a high-volume brokerage would be particularly relevant. Previous frontline sales experience is not essential.

The Package

• Circa £35,000 basic salary.
• Bonus opportunity, with the structure to be agreed.
• Fully remote working from anywhere in the UK.
• Scope to influence how the sales support function operates.
• Opportunities to develop as the business grows, including potential progression towards a junior broker role if that interests you.
