Job Title: Senior Architect

Location: Leicester

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established RIBA chartered practice who provide specialist design services to bespoke residential projects across the UK. They are on the lookout for an experienced Senior Architect to hit the ground running for their Leicester based studio.

Duties for the role of Senior Architect include:

• manage projects from conception to completion
• Ensure quality procedures are maintained and contribute to the growth of the department
• Demonstrate strong residential design ability with attention to detail
• Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and authorities
• Utilize AutoCAD and NBS Specification knowledge
• Oversee contract administration

Skills and experience for the role of Senior Architect:

• ARB registered
• Significant post RIBA Part 3 qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice
• Experience managing residential projects from inception through to completion
• Job running experience
• Strong understanding of UK building regulations
• Proficient with AutoCAD and NBS specification knowledge
• Experience managing a small team in a previous role
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Live within a commutable distance to the Liverpool area
