Daily Duties

• Lead architectural projects through all RIBA work stages
• Produce high-quality design proposals and technical drawings
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and multidisciplinary teams
• Manage planning applications and Building Regulations submissions
• Undertake site visits and oversee projects during construction
• Mentor and support junior members of the architectural team
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Maintain excellent technical and design standards throughout project delivery

Ideal Candidate

• ARB-registered Architect with several years' post-qualification experience
• Strong experience managing projects through all RIBA stages
• Excellent technical detailing and construction knowledge
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Experience leading projects and mentoring colleagues
• Full UK driving licence
• Happy to work from the Leicester office five days a week within an agile working environment
